Outline of Research at the Start

近時、フードチェーンのグローバル化を受けて、食品供給プロセス全体を通じた食品の安全性確保が重要な課題となっている。しかし、日本を含む東アジアでは、国境を越えた食品の安全性確保の仕組みは設けられておらず、その実現に向けた検討も行われていない。
本研究は、日韓両国の研究グループの緊密な連携に基づいて、共通点の多い日韓の食品安全法制について多角的観点から領域横断的に比較研究を行い、協調的食品安全法制を実現する上での課題を抽出するとともに、その克服に向けた政策提言を行い、将来における東アジア協調的食品安全法制の構築に貢献する。
