Outline of Research at the Start

小児期には様々な原因により胆汁うっ滞という病態が発症します。胆汁うっ滞とは、肝臓から分泌される消化液である胆汁がうまく作れなくなり、本来は胆汁に排泄される成分が血液中に滞留してしまう病態です。現在、どのような機序で胆汁うっ滞が発症するかが良く分かっていません。本研究では胆汁うっ滞に関する研究を推進するため、本病態の解析に適切なモデル動物を確立します。
