国立循環器病研究センターが中核施設として, 日本, 韓国, 台湾の各医療機関に呼びかけ, 東アジアCADASILレジストリへの登録を促す. 参加施設は, CADASIL患者の臨床データ (年齢, 性別, 人種, 既往歴, 社会歴, 薬歴, 家族歴, NOTCH3遺伝子変異の情報など) をElectronic Data Capture システムであるREDCap (Research Electronic Data Capture) に入力する. MRIデータは, DICOM (Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine) データを共有する.
