Outline of Research at the Start

骨格筋が血中に放出するエクソソーム・アポトーシス小体などの細胞外小胞「筋ベシクル」を質的・量的に分析する手段を確立して、ヒトにおける骨格筋の代謝障害・組織老化を表す血液検査方法を開発する。組織機能障害時に発生するアポトーシス小体を検出するために、アポトーシス研究の第一人者である米国ハーバード大学Sarosiek博士研究室と共同して、血中筋ベシクル解析技術を完成させる。
