Outline of Research at the Start	中国古代の日常生活が具体的にいかなるものであったのかは従来判然としないところが多かった。そこで柿沼陽平『古代中国の24時間』（中央公論新社）でこの点を詳述し、国内外でたいへん大きな反響を呼んだ。ではこれによって研究が終わったのかといえば、むろんそうではない。さらなる研究のためには、次々に出土する簡牘を調べる必要がある。とくに遣策と明器の調査は重要で、現地調査が欠かせない。渡航を機に悉皆調査をする。
