Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In recent years, studies on spatial mode division multiplexing are being actively pursued to expand optical fiber communication capacity. In this research, we proposed and improved new technologies for generation, conversion, separation, and detection of spatial modes required for advanced spatial mode utilizations. Moreover, we developed a reference-free phase measurement technology, a spatial mode generation technology using a spatial light modulator, and dynamic conversion technology of spatial mode based on our proposed technologies.
