Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We performed novel intervention Z to pregnant mice at embryonic 10 day. The mice revealed preeclamptic phenotype. The intervention Z did not increase abortion rate. However the placenta was accompanied with hypoxia, which is usual in preeclamsia. Four days after the intervention, blood pressure began to elevate. And after delivery the blood pressure recovered to the non-pregnant level. This phenotype mimicked the human preeclampsia. Additionally using the angiogenic factor W, we succeeded in the amelioration of hypertensive phenotype induced induced by the intervention Z.
