Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The present study aimed to clarify the method of development and support of professional capital that can contribute to enhance the organizational educational capabilities of school. Therefore, the present study paid attention to middle leaders who played an important role as a professional capital of the school. And we tried to research and develop the system to support middle leader, to develop the training program regarding to professional knowledge and skills for middle leader, and to develop the supporting tools for facilitating self-reflection toward the professional growth. As results, we could develop a handbook for managers to contribute to the activation of social capital, develop the training tools for middle leaders to hone decision-making capital, and develop a reflection framework for middle leaders and teachers to hone the human capital.
