Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This study purposed to identify effective online facilitation techniques that decrease learners' anxiety and promote cooperative communication in online cooperative learning. As a result, 1) an Online Cooperative Learning Anxiety Scale consisted of 13 items was developed, 2) effective online facilitation techniques: ice-breaking, motivating, learning management, advisement, and technical support were identified, and 3) interactions between learners' anxiety and facilitation techniques were identified.
