Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This Study aimed to present the visitor-oriented marketing concept for museums in Japan. Several surveys were conducted to understand factors and the gap between visitors’ anticipation and satisfaction to museums. From considerations, the requirements were pointed out to maintain domestic visitors and attract foreign tourists.
