Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The main sport policy in the USA is based on the Amateur Sport Act enacted in 1978 that amended as Ted Stevens Amateur Sports Act in 1998. USOC entrust by the act have jurisdiction from life long sport to elite sport. In recent years, various legal disputes raized about athlete's rights(USOC bylaw Section 9). In recent 5 years, they are disputes about many sport. But, there are not recognized request from atheletes.
