The purpose of this study was to develop short-term guidance programs for children who rarely exercise and to verify the guidance effect. However, this program has been devised with an emphasis on ease of use, so that teachers and leaders can implement it anywhere.
As demonstrated by the above results, this program is an effective way to improve motor ability and the activities of running, jumping, and throwing for children who rarely exercise.
