Outline of Final Research Achievements |
First of all, we could discover and collect various valuable literature and documents including records of original chansons and some text of songs with musical note and illustration as "Paris qui chante". Secondly, through analyzing these sources, we could study the realities and interaction between poets and chansonniers going to artistic cabarets in the second half of the 19th century. We could also find some realities of poets and songwriters of "La Muse rouge" almost unknown in Japan. Thirdly, through these researches we could contribute to the development of academic research of chanson.
