Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The study aims at clarifying the differences between the case of temporary organization-base and the case of spatial division of labors in a firm, on management of content project globally connecting clusters, and analyzing how the differences influence the firms, individuals and clusters which join the project. The study puts focus on film project, especially VFX and CG Anime, and field researches, on key persons in firm and temporary organization in Hollywood and in other countries related to Hollywood including Japan, were carried out. Different Industrial Dynamism in declining Los Angeles and rapidly growing Vancouver and emerging industrial innovation around VR/AR/360 movie were recognized.
