In EU Countries, based on the service directive e-government reforms have been enhanced. Additionaly new 'e-IDAS-Regulation' was enacted, that repealed old signature directive and regulated new paradigm on electronic signature and new trust services. These new regulations have very well interesting points for our japanese regislative system and gives us regulative hints.
