It was made clear through this research, what kind of legal rules should exist in order to regulate the process of the acquisition or the evaluation of testimonial evidence in criminal procedure appropriately. Especially, the study focuses on regulations on the testimonial evidence provided by co-defendants(accomplices) for special profit offered in exchange for their cooperation.
