Outline of Final Research Achievements

It is necessary to protect credit transactions of a distressed debtor in order to restructure the debtor’s business successfully.
I discuss the concept of insolvency so that it does not hinder the debtor’s credit transactions while the debtor is in the process of out-of-court workout.
