Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The subject of this research is to analyze aspects of the Korean Civil Law as the law adopted from Japanese law or Western European law and as the inherent law. This research focuses on the following topics: (1) the Collision between the possessory lien on real estate and the mortgage, (2) the legal Superficies on Article 366 of the Korean Civil Law and Article 388 of the Japanese Civil Law, (3) the Collision between the Wage-First Privilege and the mortgage.
