This research project aims at a solution for problems regarding the protection of minority shareholders of subsidiaries that still exist, even after the corporate law reform in 2014.
Through this research project, I pointed out the importance of the burden of proof as to whether the transaction between the parent and subsidiary companies would be made on the basis of “fairness.”
