Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Local governments which experienced large natural disasters have enhanced the risk management system. However, as a result of the nationwide questionnaire, it can not be said that the organization in charge of risk management has sufficient professional abilities. Especially, local governments of small scale and local governments not experiencing major crisis have not established a sufficient system. Also, many local governments do not know exactly what risk management experts are in the first place.
