Outline of Final Research Achievements |
I elucidated work experiences and vocational abilities of the graduate of Chiba technical high school who engaged in several industries, compared with the university graduates who did co-operation as the bosses or co-workers, based on the interview survey that I carried out for graduates of Chiba technical high school. Differences of vocational abilities that existed between graduates of universities and technical high schools were suggested to be brought about not by an effect of the school education but human resource management that distributed the functions and duties to employees based on educational qualifications.
