Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This study clarified the reality in Minnesota state that authorizers except school districts managed charter schools through two case studies. More than 90% public schools have opened as charter schools in New Orleans city, Louisiana State because of Hurricane Katrina's onslaught. It was concluded that the management and support by Charter management Organization to charter schools showed educational outcomes.
