Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In England, conversion to academies or free schools from community schools has been stimulated recently. Schools that have received good grade under Ofsted school inspection tend to send good teachers to the schools that have received poor grade. For example, Birmingham Education Partnership(BEP) or National Governors' Association(NGA) have oriented various improvement not in paticular school but among schools. Department for Education(DFE) and some NPOs also continue giving support to schools in order to school improvement. These tendencies are noticeable results, so we have to pay much attention to these trends.
