Outline of Final Research Achievements

In a mouse model of chronic cerebral hypoperfusion, inflammation markers were raised and astrocyte (GFAP) and microglia (iba1) increased significantly. As a behavioral change after chronic cerebral hypoperfusion, a decline of novel preference and a decline of curiosity were observed in young mouse and adult mouse over 60weeks old.
There was a difference of behavioral change after hypoperfusion between male and female mouse.
