Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We had identified Angiotensin IV (AT4) receptor as a hypertension/diabetes specific gene through genetic DNA chip analysis and we had already established a measurement system for this AT4. This time we tried to improve the sensitivity of the measurement by monoclonal antibody methods and as a result we could established a next generation measurement system for AT4 with largely improved sensitivity. This measurement system would be of use for medical care of life-style related diseases.
