Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We found the post-transcriptional factor, TFL, from a lymphoma patient. TFL modulates many cytokines after inflammation to localize its inflammatory effect. We found TFL deficient mice are prone to have worse prognosis in lymphoma induced mice. Further we found a certain molecule was abnormally controlled without TFL. In clinical setting, the deficit of TFL are worse prognosis in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. It is of interest whether TFL would be the reliable and effective prognosis marker for B-cell lymphoma.
