Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We conducted studies on therapeutic effects of interleukin (IL)-27 on malignant melanoma and psoriasis in murine models. We demonstrated the mechanisms of synergistic antitumor effects induced by intratumoral CD4+ T lymphodepletion and OX40 agonist. We analyzed imiquimod-induced psoriasis-like dermatitis in IL-27 transgenic mice and WSX-1-deficient mice.
