Effectiveness of advanced area detector CT technology to lung cancer management was assessed in terms of motion analysis and radiation dose reduction. Kinematic assessment was shown to be feasible by applying CT iterative reconstruction method. Low dose CT images can be applicable without decrease in diagnostic accuracy of common abnormality found in chest CT.
