Outline of Final Research Achievements

In the current study, we have demonstrated that immunosuppressants, which induce autophagy, might be avoided. Furthermore, pancreatic niche formation like liver niche would be good option for both islet transplantation and stem cell differentiation. The use of conditioned medium could improve beta cell differentiation.
