Research Abstract

胆汁からexosomal microRNAを網羅的に検索しプロファイリングすることにより、胆道癌の早期診断、胆道癌の個別化治療を可能にすることを目的とした基礎的研究であった。
初年度の平成25年度は、これまで採取し-80℃で保存していた胆汁からRNAを採取し、exsosomal microRNAが採取可能かどうか検討することであった。この点において、胆汁は胆道癌の担癌患者さんの胆管胆汁または胆嚢胆汁からまずは数種類の方法でRNAが採取を試み、可能であることを確認できた。
同時に胆道癌症例の臨床データーの整理、確認を行った。
