Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Our study shows the expression of macrophage in the cerebral aneurysm (CA) wall and suggests that is involved in CA pathogenesis. Chronic inflammation due to Angptl2 expression is thought to be the main cause of CA rupture. But our study does not suggests the correlation between Angptl2 expression and CA incidence in mouse aneurysm model.
