Outline of Final Research Achievements

The age-associated decline in female fertility is largely attributable to the decrease in oocyte quality due to ovarian aging. However, the precise mechanisms of oocyte aging due to ovarian aging remain unknown. In the present study, we examined the molecular mechanisms of age-related decline in oocyte quality by analyzing lipid metabolism.
