Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The purpose of this study was to invent biodegradable bone inductive material for jaw reconstruction. PLGA was used as a base material and osteogenic supplements were incorporated into PLGA(OS/PLGA). OS/PLGA flagments were immersed in PBS and removed after 24h, 48h, 72h, 96h, 120h, and 144h for analysis. OS were detected untill 144h.
