Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Indocyanine green (ICG) has been used clinically as a near infrared fluorophore for intravital imaging in various fields. We planned series of study aiming to apply ICG angiography to various kinds of diagnosis or surgery in oral and maxillofacial field. We found new parameters to assess peripheral perfusions. The parameters have a potential to be applied to various clinical aspects of as well as assessment of the blood perfusion of flap in reconstructive surgery.
