Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We created a stress self-management education program (reflection sheet) using reflection for forming critical thinking attitudes of nurses.The content of the reflection sheet is a cognitive reevaluation such as stress scene, automatic thinking, irrational belief, facts to be grounded, contradictory facts, disadvantages of ideas, new ideas that value ourselves.Three months of intervention showed a decrease in salivary amylase activity value after intervention and a reduction in stress was noted
