In Research Project 1, interview survey on 15 mid-career nurses identified 9 categories, such as 【Challenge to change】 【Awareness of mutual growth through education and guidance】 【Reflection behavior as expert】 as a characteristic of leadership Categories were extracted. In Research Project 2, a questionnaire survey was conducted for 101 head nurses and 722 nurses with clinical experience 4 years or less working in 15 hospitals. Results of exploratory factor analysis of 54 items 【Assertive sending force for considering problems】 【Growth support behavior centered on junior colleagues】 【Practice of work placement】 【Challenge to change】 【Cooperation and self-control power 】 【Reflection behavior as instructor】 extracted six factors(α=.73~.91).
