Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Japanese traditional music can generally be categorised into "Gagaku Music", "shomyo", "Nogaku", "Shakuhach Music", "Koto Music", "Biwa Music", "Joruri", and "Kabuki". In this research, materials related to music that uses "so" and music that uses "shamisen", which are frequently taught in music lessons in school, were collected and their content were digitized. Digitization was done by using PPT,sound synthesis software and Flash, with the content made to be read automatically using speech function. In addition, recording of performance by Japanese musicians was added into the content.
