Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The study aimed at performing the high-throughput screening of radiation protectors using low-molecular weight chemical libraries. We succeded in developing a system, by which DNA damage-dependent focus formation of 53BP1 protein is detectable on live-cell imaging. Then, we have screened the core chemical libraries obtained from the Tokyo University Open Inovation Center.
