Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In the first project, by combining optogenetics and electrocorticography (ECoG), we found that local-field potential propagates differentially between horizontal and vertical directions in the rodent visual cortex. In the second project, we captured ECoG response patterns in the temporal lobe of monkeys while they performed an associative memory task. We found that the ECoG response patterns can represent associative memory.
