Outline of Final Research Achievements	This study is about the present situation and the issues of the school legal system to prepare for natural disasters. School Health and Safety Law is fundamental to school legal responsibility in natural disasters,but it was revised only in 2008.In order to supplement it,I analyze the cases. I focus on the school cases concerning natural disasters and find out the two important things.One is to gather information and the other is to manage in accordance with the children's development and situation.
