Research Abstract |
We developed a modified Nb-based fabrication process for SQUID sensors with three dimensional pickup coils. We cover the design of one SQUID sensor as well as the three-dimensional SQUID sensors for probing a vector magnetic field in a small region. We also performed the development of image analysis algorithm utilizing singular value decomposition method. We consider that our development is surely going to contribute a novel innovation in the near future.
