Outline of Final Research Achievements

We developed single shot ultrafast X-ray pulse characterization diagnostics based on cross correlation frequency resolved optical gating measurement buy combining femtosecond laser in infrared ~ ultraviolet region. We developed the each component of the diagnostics, such as ultrafast femtosecond laser in infrared ~ ultraviolet region, single shot 2D X-ray detector, and ultrafast arrival timing monitor of X-ray. Finally we designed the pulse characterization system by combining the each component and existing X-ray optics.
