Outline of Final Research Achievements

Useful compound production is one of the important issues of biorefinery. Here, we examined enzymatic properties under electrical stimuli, based on bio-fuel cells. As a model, we developed biofuel cells responded to oligosaccharides and generate electricity. In addition, enhancement of enzymatic signals could be achieved by two-stage oxidations.
