Outline of Final Research Achievements

First, I generated a tetO-HAC vector carrying Oct4 promoter-driven RFP gene and Nestin promoter-driven GFP gene in HT1080 cells. Next, I introduced the tetO-HAC into MEF cells, and the MEF cells were developed into iPS cells. As a results, I obtained iPS cells carrying the tetO-HAC. I observed RFP signals from the iPS cells.
