Outline of Final Research Achievements

In this study, we tried to create regenerated plants that have mutation of target gene by treatment of TALEN from the outside of callus or root tips. However, we have not been able to get those plants, yet. Henceforth, we have to reconsider about condition of callus induction that can make TALEN work much more effectively.
