| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
A novel transcript from the central part of the dystrophin gene was cloned. From the elucidated amino acid sequence, an antibody was produced and used for immunostaining of human tissues. Immunoreactive materials were detected in several human tissues. Especially、immunoreactive material was identified in urine sample.
