Outline of Final Research Achievements

We tried to synthesize Hibernation protein Complex (HP Complex) to apply hibernation system to medical treatment. We successfully synthesized HP-20, HP-25 and HP-27 that constitute HP complex from the each complementary DNA using genetic recombination method.
