Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In order to develop the new therapeutic intervention to soft tissue arteriovenous malformation, we develop the method of primary endothelial cell culture from small amount of vascular malformation resected samples. Using Rho-kinase inhibitor, Y27632, we established the method to obtain primary endothelial culture by enzymatic digestion and sorting.
