Outline of Final Research Achievements |
For development of functional regenerative bone as a stem cell reserver, we examined the factor to maintain a mesenchymal stem cells and hematopoietic stem cells in rhBMP-2-induced regenerative bone, and its optimal dose. Based on this condition, we prepared a scaffold containing the factor to maintain hematopoietic stem cells within it, and also made a prototype of functional regenerative bone enclosing the rhBMP-2 into the scaffold, Finally, we established manufacturing condition of functional regenerative bone through animal experimental models using mice or others.
