Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We have developed an integrated care model which facilitates young cancer patients to understand about fertility preservation and supports their decision-making process. To identify the content for this integrated care model, we disclosed the experience of young breast cancer patients who received a counseling about fertility preservation. Four modules, 1)information resource, 2)needs assessment, 3)alternatives and visionary consideration, and 4)reference and cooperation were created as essential elements which support patients’ proactive decision-making process for complicated problems.
